Security

The electronic security gates at Bay Pointe Vistas were installed with our safety, security and privacy in mind. Please do not share your code with non-property owners.

Vandalism to the security gates causes not only a breach in security but also costs our association members money since repair fees must be paid from association dues or special assessments. Please report the trespassing of any non-property owner to the POA president immediately so that legal action may be pursued.

Individual property owners' security gate codes are moderated and assigned by the BPVPOA Board of Directors. CLICK HERE to request a new assignment.
