• are limited to BPVPOA members in good standing or local service providers
• are subject to review approval
• may be posted for up to 90 days without re-submission
• may be removed at any time for any reason

1. Complete and submit form below, then email business card image (minimum 300 .dpi in .jpg, .gif or .png format) to secretary@baypointevistas.org
or
2. Mail business card along with a completed copy of this form to: BPVPOA, Web Business Card Ad, PO Box 366, St. Helena Island, SC 29920
